The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 plus commission. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand local market dynamics and opportunities and construct corresponding call plans
and targeted strategies.
- Prospect new leads, cold call within territory & network to gather leads.
- Identify & cultivate untapped business opportunities by educating prospective clients about
Numotion products and services as well as the overall CRT industry.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive
sponsors.
- Build internal relationships with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) within company to
obtain a mutual benefit.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Actively manage and document sales funnel and report progress and strategies.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and
values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
- Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and
federal regulations.
- Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the
operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service
as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel in vehicle for 60% of day.
- Expert at Medicare Documentation.
- Ability to perform job with integrity and values consistent with the Numotion Mission.
