Position Overview
RCI XL is seeking an experienced RV Technician to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong diagnostic and repair skills who is comfortable working across multiple RV systems and components.
Pay Range

$18 – $30+ per hour, based on experience and skill level

Higher compensation available for highly experienced technicians with advanced diagnostic or specialty repair expertise
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
-
Slide-out systems
-
RV / fifth wheel / travel trailer repair and service

Heavy-duty vehicle (HD) repair or service

Electrical diagnostics
-
Awnings
-
Collision repair
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and service RV systems and components

Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of RV types and related equipment

Conduct electrical diagnostics and system troubleshooting

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards

Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding repairs and timelines
