Peak Performance Cleaning is hiring a Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing quality work. This position is not a good fit for someone who struggles with attendance, punctuality, or attention to detail. We are looking for someone who values reliability, works efficiently, and understands that the small details matter.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of professional residential cleaning experience is required. Applicants without professional cleaning experience will not be considered.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability and willingness to drive between client homes throughout the day
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No evenings, weekends, or major holidays
Compensation
- Starting pay is $20.00 per hour during the training period
- Performance-based raises available after training
- Paid drive time between client homes
