We are seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. This role covers a service route of approximately 75 pools located between Plano and Celina.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detailed-oriented, and equipped with hands-on technical skills. You will be responsible for routine cleaning every Thursday, along with handling equipment repairs and routine filter maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Service: Perform complete cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing every Thursday.
- Equipment Repair: Diagnose, repair, and replace pool equipment, including pumps, valves, and Polyvinyl Chloride plumbing.
- Filter Cleanings: Perform regular filter breakdown cleans and maintenance as scheduled or needed.
- Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues with pool systems and communicate needed repairs promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Experience: Direct prior experience in commercial or residential pool maintenance and repair is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with pump replacements, valve maintenance, filter cleans, and Polyvinyl Chloride pipe repairs.
- Schedule Availability: Must be fully available every Thursday for routine servicing, with flexibility to perform repair jobs as needed.
- Immediate Availability: Able to start as soon as possible.
- Transportation & Tools: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
