Job Overview:
We’re seeking a personable and organized Craft Workshop Instructor with a passion for teaching and creating memorable experiences. In this role, you will lead hands-on workshops, guiding participants of all skill levels in a fun and professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead two workshops, ensuring participants feel supported and engaged.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed our 5-star experience goal.
- Ensure punctuality for all workshops, as timeliness is essential to our success.
- Provide hands-on instruction tailored to different skill levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after each session.
- Manage materials and inventory to ensure workshops run smoothly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in teaching, retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and multitask effectively.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $22-$29 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional pay: $40 per hour for overtime or extra guests.
