Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle food items safely, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.

- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling practices, and kitchen protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and menu planning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
