JOB DESCRIPTION: Assistant Teacher Floater and Food Prog. Support
Objective: Assist Teacher in their breaks & support the food program
Supervisor: Food Program Coordinator & E. Director
Hours: M-F 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Qualifications: Bilingual ability highly valued. Must be18 years of age.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the teaching staff, to provide them with the mandate break time while working directly with the preschool age children.
2. While with the children, follow teacher's guidance, provide children with engaging fun and learning experiences.
3. Support food preparation, working under the supervision of Food Program Coordinator and/or Executive Director, following work ethics, punctuality and the health and safety guidelines required to complete the Food Program’s needs.
Requirements:
. Ideally, have Early Childhood Units (3-6 Units)
· Provide TB clearance and health statement that you are physically fit to work in a childcare center.
· Provide fingerprint clearance (Licensing requirement).
. Been open to trainings and other professional growth opportunities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.50 - $21.00 per hour
