We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders across diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for patients of all ages, including early intervention and school-aged children.
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy sessions via in-person or telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and effective therapy outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy strategies as needed to maximize improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries within electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on speech-language disorders, treatment techniques, and home exercises to support ongoing progress.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention settings and schools.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing functions.
- Experience conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for individuals with speech impairments or disabilities.
- Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and delivering services remotely is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams across healthcare or educational settings.
- Excellent communication skills for working with patients of all ages and their families.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or complex communication needs is preferred.

Pay: $80.00 - $105.00 per hour
