Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Team Members to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and efficient dining environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and assisting with menu selections
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards
- Assist with food safety practices including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Buss tables and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support team members in various roles such as serving, food preparation, or kitchen duties as needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in culinary arts, serving, cashiering, or retail math is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions are necessary
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is beneficial
- Experience working in a café, grocery store, or other food industry environments will support success in this role

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
