As a Manager at PetWellClinic - Union, you’ll play a key role in overseeing our operations and ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience for our clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieving budgeted financial goals and profitability
- Supervising and supporting team members to maintain a high standard of service.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handling scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
- Addressing client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
- Marketing on social media and establishing community partnerships and participastores, ting and finding events. Visiting other Veterinarians, pet related businesses etc
- Must be able to have strong time management skills and be a self starter
- Will be required to report to COO on responsibilities 2-3 times per week
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to handle the dynamic nature of clinic operations.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
