Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding service.
- Take customer orders accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Prepare Blizzard® Treats, ice cream, beverages, and hot food according to Dairy Queen standards.
- Work efficiently in the drive-thru and front counter.
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Complete cleaning, stocking, and side work throughout each shift.
- Work as part of a team to provide fast, friendly service.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
