Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
- Prepare food items accurately and efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
- Operate Toast POS
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Assist in food prep tasks including assembling orders, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations
- Manage cash register transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of POS systems such Toast is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bussing tables or stocking supplies
