Front of House Team Member
At Mariana's Taco Shop, we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our Front Of House Team Members play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming restaurant while helping our team provide excellent service to every guest. (Bilingual Necessary!)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
- Restock drinks, sauces, paper goods, and other front-of-house supplies throughout the day.
- Bus and sanitize tables promptly and discreetly.
- Assist with keeping the kitchen and dining room organized by returning dishes and empty plates.
- monitor the restaurant throughout your shift and take initiative when something needs attention.
- Help teammates during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Complete assigned opening or closing cleaning tasks.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Provide friendly, professional service to every guest.
Available Shifts:
Opening Shift
- Prepare the restaurant before opening.
- Clean and stock the dining room and restroom.
- Set up beverage stations, salsas, and front-of-house supplies.
- Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared before guests arrive.
Mid-Day Shift
- Support the lunch run by keeping the dining room clean and organized
- Bus tables, restock supplies, assist the kitchen when needed, and help maintain a smooth workflow.
- Stay aware of what the team needs and jump in whenever help is needed.
Evening Shift
- Continue maintaining the dining room throughout dinner service .
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Assist the team during busy periods.
- Complete evening cleaning and help prepare the restaurant for the following day.
