We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Trust Administrator with 3 to 5 years of experience in trust administration or probate legal operations. In this role, you will manage a diverse case portfolio encompassing private living trusts, special needs trusts, and court-ordered conservatorships governed by Arizona Title 14.The ideal candidate possesses strong fiduciary acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills to guide beneficiaries and families through sensitive life transitions. For highly qualified legal or financial professionals who do not yet hold an active Arizona private fiduciary credential, our firm provides full financial sponsorship and mentorship to achieve licensure within your first six months.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of a dedicated portfolio of trusts, estates, and conservatorships in strict accordance with governing documents, fiduciary duties, and Arizona statutes.
- Financial Management & Distributions: Coordinate complex asset distributions, process regular disbursements, oversee real estate liquidations, and manage recurring bill payments for beneficiaries.
- Court Compliance & Accounting: Prepare accurate, comprehensive court inventories, annual accountings, and specialized compliance reports required by the Arizona Superior Court system.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for beneficiaries, family members, estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and investment advisors to ensure seamless case execution.
- Asset Onboarding: Investigate, identify, marshall, and inventory newly assigned estate and trust assets during the initial intake phase of administration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct experience in trust administration within a private fiduciary firm, bank trust department, or as a probate/estate planning paralegal within a law firm.
- Legal Knowledge: Practical familiarity with fiduciary accounting standards, asset management practices, and Arizona Probate Code procedures.
- Licensing: Active Certified Fiduciary license issued by the Arizona Supreme Court is highly preferred. Candidates with strong adjacent legal/financial experience must be willing and eligible to sit for the Arizona fiduciary examination within 6 months of hire.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with fiduciary accounting systems, court accounting spreadsheets, and standard office productivity suites.
- Core Competencies: High emotional intelligence, compassion for people with disabilities, absolute discretion with sensitive financial and medical data, and excellent conflict resolution capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $72,800 – $93,600 per year, strictly commensurate with direct trust administration experience and active licensure status.
