Superior Sanitation is a rapidly growing sanitation company serving Redmond, Bend, Sisters, and the surrounding Central Oregon area.
We are currently hiring a Portable Toilet Route Driver to service construction sites, businesses, and community events throughout the region.

Pay & Schedule
Competitive hourly pay (DOE)
- PT Service Tech- $20-$26Hr
- PT Service Tech II- $25-$30Hr
- PT Lead - $30-$34Hr
Typical schedule:
- M-F Start time around 6:30–7:30 AM
- Full Time Employees Most days 8–10 hours depending on route
- Optional Saturdays and Sundays during summer event season
What the Job Looks Like
This is a route-based position, meaning you'll be assigned a daily route and service multiple
customers throughout the day. On the job training therefore experience not required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and picking up portable restrooms
- Pumping and cleaning portable toilet units
- Restocking supplies and ensuring units are clean and sanitary
- Loading and unloading units on trucks and trailers
- Reviewing routing software and completing ALL scheduled stops
- Performing daily truck inspections
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
Most drivers service 30–50 units per day depending on the route.
Physical Requirements
This position involves working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.
Drivers should be comfortable with:
- Moving portable restroom units
- Lifting materials up to 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, bending, and lifting
- Operating hoses and service equipment
- Working in varying weather conditions
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Experience in delivery driving, construction, sanitation, or equipment operation is a plus but not required.
