Job Summary

Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a spotless environment
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers with proper manual handling techniques
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following health standards to promote safety and hygiene
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens for clients
- Use cleaning detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for chemical handling and storage
- Clean various surfaces such as countertops, appliances, windows, and furniture with precision and care
- Conduct outdoor work when necessary, including patio or balcony cleaning and outdoor furniture maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their preferences and needs
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, supporting scheduling and inventory management of cleaning supplies
Experience
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles demonstrating strong janitorial or custodial skills
- Hands-on experience with floor cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and floor polishing
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces using appropriate methods and products for different materials
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and mops
- Background in laundry services with understanding of fabric care and stain removal techniques
- Experience in outdoor work environments involving patio or garden area maintenance is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client locations
