Job Summary
Neighborhood Title Loans, LLC is seeking career-minded individuals to join our team. This role involves engaging directly with customers, processing loans, handling collections, and delivering outstanding service throughout the entire loan cycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing loan applications and approvals
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Contacting customers for collection of past-due loans
- Handling cash and general office tasks
- Providing full-cycle customer service
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Cash handling or collections experience (preferred)
- Dependability and self-motivation
- Time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience in banking, retail, or rent-to-own is a plus
Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Half-day
Sunday: Closed
