We are currently hiring a dependable Dishwasher to join our team in Birmingham. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. This role plays a vital part in supporting kitchen staff and ensuring efficient food service operations.
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, floors, and service stations
- Properly store clean dishes and kitchen equipment
- Remove trash and recycling in accordance with company procedures
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with basic kitchen support tasks as needed
- Ensure dishwashing area remains clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support
