Position Overview
We’re looking for high-energy, customer-centric individuals to join our sales team. You’ll be the face of the dealership — building relationships, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase, and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in and internet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct needs analysis to identify the right vehicle for each client
- Schedule and conduct test drives with confidence and product knowledge
- Present pricing, finance, and warranty options clearly
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Stay up to date with inventory, new technologies, and dealership promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
- Sales experience helpful but not required – we train the right people!
