JOB SUMMARY

This position supports the daily operations of our cultivation facility, helping ensure the health and quality of plants through every stage of growth. This is a seasonal, hands-on role, and candidates must be comfortable working in agricultural and production environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily plant care, including watering, pruning, trimming, transplanting, and feeding according to established protocols.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and reporting any signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized cultivation area, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
- Support harvesting, drying, curing, and packaging processes as needed.
- Accurately track and document plant growth, inventory, and environmental conditions using internal systems.
- Operate and maintain cultivation equipment, tools, and irrigation systems under supervision.
- Follow all company policies and regulatory compliance guidelines, including proper handling of plants and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a high-quality cultivation environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in agriculture or horticulture cultivation preferred.
- Familiarity with plant care, growing techniques, and the cultivation lifecycle is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
- Knowledge of cultivation compliance requirements preferred but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Time spent primarily in agricultural and production settings such as greenhouses, vegetation rooms, processing facilities, or packaging areas.
- Involves interacting with employees in areas with varying temperatures, humidity, lighting, and ventilation, as well as exposure to strong odors, plant material, and agricultural equipment noise.
- Potential exposure to allergens, including pollen and plant material.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Regular walking, standing, and occasional bending or kneeling in operational areas.
- Ability to regularly lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
