The Bakery House is excited to announce the opening of our second Location in Paoli Village Shoppes located at 35 W. Lancaster ave. Paoli. this September 2026 and are currently hiring for multiple positions. - Front Counter Crew (Customer Service)
- Dishwasher / Kitchen SupportJob Responsibilities
Bakers
- Prepare and bake, pastries, Cakes and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Cake Artists/ Decorators
- Decorate cakes and desserts to a high standard
- Work with custom orders and customer requests
- Ensure presentation meets brand expectations
Front Counter Crew
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Take orders and handle transactions
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house
Dishwasher / Kitchen Support
- Clean dishes, equipment, and work areas
- Assist with basic prep as needed
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- For Bakers and decorators a minimum of 5 years experience is required
- For Front of house and dishwasher prior experience is preferred but not required (training available for the right candidates)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude
