We manage over 200 properties in the Columbus area. Handyman skills at home directly translate into our business. You will travel between houses each day completing various tasks. You must have a good driving record. You must be available and willing to work most weekends, both days.

Position Purpose
To oversee the completion of maintenance and handyman tasks at multiple short-term rental, Airbnb properties and other properties. This individual would be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks at various properties and reporting the progress of these issues using an app on their smartphone. The individual must be highly organized with good communication skills.

This position requires working at least one day on the weekend. It is a five day per week job.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance work orders for a 200-unit short and long term rental management company.
- Effectively resolve issues - must be comfortable with conflict resolution, and independent problem solving.
- Perform and track progress of maintenance tasks.
- Pickup and delivery of furniture, inventory, and supplies.
- Perform on-site inspections on Columbus area Short-term rental properties. Identify areas of improvement, and facilitate a response using problem-solving skills.
- Identify areas of improvement across all properties, including opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, or quality.
Requirements
- Varied experiences and responsibilities in construction, maintenance, real estate, hotel, or other hospitality.
- Ability to perform a variety of home improvement tasks independently. Basic maintenance knowledge and skills required.
- The applicant needs to have a smartphone and be knowledgeable with mobile apps.
- The applicant needs a reliable method of transportation and a good driving record. A company vehicle may be provided.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- The applicant needs to be organized, possessing problem-solving skills and an eye for detail is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Lives near or willing to relocate to Columbus Ohio
