Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of various surfaces.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for clients.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of appliances, or cleaning supplies with proper techniques.
- Communicate professionally with management to understand the needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols related to manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Ability to perform and handle physical demands of the job.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
- Prior experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
- Must have reliable transportation to be able to travel between job sites.
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
