Royal Star Hawaii is Oahu’s premier bus company since 1996. We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Dispatch Agent! Aloha spirit and a positive attitude are essential.

Only current residents will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Oahu Traffic and Driver Locations
- Rerouting based on Traffic
- Maintain On-Time Guarantee
- Log Times and Passenger Counts
- Keep in Contact with Agents
- Report Incidents and Accidents – Help Drivers through the Process
- Dispatch in the field assisting agents directly
Qualifications:
- High school degree, or equivalent.
- Must have skills which demonstrate the ability to converse with a varied clientele, via phone and email.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn various applications.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to think and act quickly under pressure.
- Previous experience with customer service, travel industry, wedding and/or hotel hospitality services here on Oahu is a plus!
Working Conditions:
- Main Hours: 5:00AM – 10:30PM
- Office Environment + In the Field Dispatching
