Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers’ comfort and safety while supporting the continued growth of our company through excellent service delivery.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Conduct field service operations
- Install new HVAC/R equipment following safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports for all completed tasks
- Support property maintenance activities as needed to uphold facility standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC Field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, HVAC design principles, and refrigeration technology including ammonia refrigeration systems
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in HVAC repair
- Familiarity with field service procedures and property maintenance practices
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment accurately
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
