Our small manufacturing company is looking for a dedicated part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, assisting customers with their inquires and needs. While experience is preferred, we offer on-the-job training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails
- Communicate with existing customers
- Generate quotes and process customer orders
- Update customers on order status
- Maintain organized filing and documentation
- Update CRM system
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Ability to reliably commute to our office
Pay, Benefits, and Schedule:
- Starting pay at $16 an hour
- Commissions or bonus
- Part-time, 4 days a week (weekdays)
- 5-6 hours per day
- Day, shift Monday-Friday (no nights or weekends)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 Days
