Position: Endodontist
Location: Minneapolis & St. Cloud, MN (multi-site flexibility available)
Schedule: Full-time or 3–4 Day Option
Compensation:
- $500,000 guaranteed compensation (potential to earn more)
- Optional production incentives above guarantee
- Eligible for Federal Loan Forgiveness (nonprofit 501(c)(3))

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, emergencies, traumatic injury care, and related procedures

Diagnose and manage pulpal pathology with compassion and efficiency

Develop patient-centered treatment plans and educate patients on care options

Collaborate with general dentists, dental therapists, assistants, and hygienists

Maintain documentation aligned with state, Medicaid, and clinical standards

Uphold infection control, HIPAA, and Board of Dentistry standards

Qualifications
DDS/DMD from an accredited institution

Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program

Active Minnesota Dental License (or eligibility)
