We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating through text to help schedule appointments for our sales team.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Text-Based Appointment Scheduler to manage outbound and inbound text conversations with potential clients. This role is focused on booking qualified appointments for our sales team — no cold calling or phone work required.
This is a great role for someone who is comfortable communicating professionally through messaging, stays organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Send and respond to text messages to prospective clients
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Follow up with leads via text in a timely and professional manner
- Confirm upcoming appointments and send reminders
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and bookings
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient scheduling
- Meet daily and weekly booking targets
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable texting professionally and efficiently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Basic computer skills required
- Previous customer service, scheduling, or sales support experience is a plus (not required)
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday 3-8pm only
- Saturday & Sunday - All Day
- Optional In Office or Remote/Hybrid
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Costa Mesa, CA 92626
