As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead all sales and occupancy initiatives for our community by:

Driving occupancy through strategic sales and relationship-building

Developing and executing an annual sales and marketing plan

Building strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior organizations, and community partners

Conducting tours that create an exceptional first impression and convert prospects into residents

Following up consistently with leads to guide families through the decision-making process

Planning and hosting community events, educational programs, and networking opportunities

Creating marketing materials, newsletters, advertising campaigns, and social media content

Representing Vista Veranda at community events, networking groups, and outreach opportunities

Working closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to ensure a seamless move-in experience

Monitoring occupancy trends and developing strategies to achieve census goals

Managing the department budget and marketing initiatives

Helping strengthen Vista Veranda's reputation as the premier senior living community in the area

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Three or more years of successful sales or marketing experience

Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or relationship-based sales experience preferred

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Strong networking and community outreach abilities

Excellent organization and follow-up skills

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
