Competitive Pay Rates
- Start of Care Visit: $75/visit
- Resumption of Care / Discharge: $65/visit
- Regular Skilled Visit: $50/visit
- Infusion Visits: $90 (first 2 hours), then $40/hour
- Private Duty Nursing: $40/hour
- Orientation / Training / Meetings: $20/hour

What You'll Do
- Perform patient assessments and create personalized care plans
- Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and protocols
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with BrightStar team and external healthcare providers
✅ What You’ll Need
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Home health or acute care experience preferred
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
