Commercial Loan Document Processor - Previous Experience REQUIRED
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with customers, title companies, attorneys and other parties to gather necessary information. Orders title reports, credit reports, flood determinations, etc.
Prepares loan documents and works with loan officers and lending assistants to schedule loan closings, submits loan documents for pre-funding approval and then final processing.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication skills required – both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
High School diploma or equivalent
