Project Manager – Roofing & Siding (Bilingual Preferred | Experienced Only)
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a background in roofing and/or siding to manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
This is a hands-on, field-based role. You will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing timelines, and ensuring each job is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates without construction or project management experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple residential roofing and siding projects simultaneously
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, and schedules
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
- Communicate daily with homeowners and internal team
- Conduct job site visits and oversee progress
- Complete final walkthroughs, confirm payment, and collect reviews
Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- Experience in roofing, siding, or construction project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience working with subcontractors and job site crews
- Familiarity with residential construction workflows
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 - $70,000 base salary

- Day and evening shifts as needed
- 8-10 hour shifts depending on project load
- Weekends as needed
