Summary:
As a Guest Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in providing a warm, welcoming experience for our guests. From taking orders and serving pastries to sharing product knowledge and ensuring every detail of the guest journey is smooth, you are the heart of our customer experience. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to bring joy through service.
What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Barista skills are a huge plus, but not required
