Post-Construction Cleaner
Overview
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaners to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning newly built or renovated commercial spaces and preparing them for turnover. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
This position may include rough cleaning, final cleaning, touch-up cleaning, dust removal, floor cleaning, interior window cleaning, restroom cleaning, and general site cleanup. Experience in post-construction cleaning is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to work.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough, final, and touch-up post-construction cleaning
- Remove dust, debris, stickers, labels, adhesive residue, and surface buildup
- Clean floors, walls, doors, frames, baseboards, fixtures, cabinets, glass, windows, and mirrors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, offices, corridors, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, and detail floors as needed
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, ladders, vacuums, and floor equipment
- Follow company and jobsite safety requirements
- Communicate completed areas, damages, or concerns to the supervisor
- Maintain a professional attitude while working around contractors, clients, and other trades
Qualifications
- Prior experience in post-construction cleaning, custodial services, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to notice dust, marks, residue, and unfinished areas
- Must be able to work in active construction environments
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs when needed
- Comfortable using basic cleaning tools, chemicals, vacuums, mops, and floor equipment
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites
- OSHA 10, OSHA 30, lift certification, or floor equipment experience is a plus but not required

Schedule may vary based on project needs. Day, evening, night, and weekend work may be required depending on the project deadline.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
