Compensation:
- Admin pay: $20 per hour
- Clinical Service Hour Rate: $30+ per service/per hour
- Appointment Based Hourly Massage Rate: $45-$50 (based on experience)
- We offer a blended compensation model to help ensure a consistent and stable income
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver clinical massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assist with light front desk duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic privacy standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Massage Therapist Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited massage therapy school and certificate of completion.
- Current Illinois Massage Therapist License in good standing (students and recent graduates also eligible).
- Ongoing participation in continuing education (preferred).
- Must comply with all state and local regulations for massage therapy.
- Clinical experience with conditions such as plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and shoulder impingement.
