The Bair Foundation is looking for a full time ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR for our National office in New Wilmington, PA.
The Bair Foundation of New Wilmington, PA, a Christian foster care agency, has a position available for a full time Accounting Coordinator with previous accounting experience preferable. Accurate data entry, excel proficiency, critical thinking and analytical skills are required. Ability to multi-task is necessary. Excellent work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs daily banking steps for multiple accounts, creates related journal entries.
- Completes monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Prepares daily accounting journal entries and month end financial statements.
- Maintains the Fixed Asset programs for all companies.
- Prepares supporting schedules for all companies to assist with annual cost reports and for the yead end audit.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Excel with accurate data entry
- Critical thinking and Analytical skills required
