Construction Site Supervisor Requirements:
- 3 years site supervisor experience in construction or agriculture required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management or related field required
- Willingness/ability to travel overnight required
- High-level blueprint/plan reading experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines preferred
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Construction Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Acts as the company representative on the jobsite
- Manages the full construction process & scheduling, crew assignments, cost/budget monitoring, material tracking, and quality/safety inspections
- Directs subcontractors and company crews (concrete, installation, electrical)
- Completes daily logs and reports
- Manages customer relationships and same-day follow-ups
- Travels IA + surrounding states (IL, IN, WI, NE, MO, possibly OK), with a blend of home-based and road-warrior schedules depending on the project
