Job description:
Pearl's Hope Home Health Care is looking for a full-time licensed RN to join our clinical team in Columbus to cover cases in the Columbus and immediately surrounding areas. Home health experience is a plus but not required. This position will report directly to the Director of Nursing.

Primary Duties Include
- Conduct and document clinical visits under direction of DON
- Conduct and document supervisory visits under direction of DON
- Identify improvement opportunities and discuss with clinical team
- Promote a culture committed to care excellence and high-quality service
Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed RN
- Own a vehicle and able to visit client homes
- Fluent in English
- Interest in home health and willingness to learn: No experience necessary!
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong and timely documentation
- Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time, exempt
Payment is bi-weekly based on a set annual salary.
