1099 Part-Time (Weekends, some Fridays and Mondays) Off-Duty Job (Only for active law enforcement officers)
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Double Pay for working on Selected Federal Holidays)
Job Summary
C4SEM Enterprises, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and GSA contract holder, is seeking qualified active and retired law enforcement professionals to support security operations across special-assignment environments, including government, throughout the Nashville, Tennessee, region. This position is designed for highly trained individuals seeking flexible, part-time or supplemental employment while continuing to serve their communities in a professional security capacity.
Under the direction of C4SEM supervisory personnel, selected candidates will maintain a visible and proactive security presence, conduct patrols, monitor for suspicious or unsafe conditions, enforce site-specific policies, and respond to incidents or emergencies. The position requires completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs), documenting incidents, and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency responders. Officers must exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and vigilance.
This is a 1099 position only and is contingent upon successfully completing all pre-employment requirements, including:
- Criminal Background Investigation
- Drug Screening
- Physical Agility Test
- Employment Verification
- Credential Verification
- Minimum Work Commitment: Officers are expected to work a minimum of 16 hours during each two-week pay period. Most assignments are scheduled on weekends, with occasional opportunities on Fridays, Mondays federal holidays.
