HVAC Service Technician
Northeast Heating & Cooling, LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is primarily focused on residential and commercial service, diagnostics, and maintenance, with opportunities to assist on installations as needed.

Responsibilities
● Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
● Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
● Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
● Read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
● Complete service tickets accurately and communicate repairs clearly with customers.
● Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and EPA regulations.
● Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle.
● Assist with HVAC equipment installations and replacements when needed.
Qualifications
● 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
● EPA Universal Certification required.
● D2 license or higher required.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
● Experience servicing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air systems, and ductless mini-splits.
● Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
● Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined spaces.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
