Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services, room availability, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing for all guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training new front desk staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, particularly in hotels or resorts.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build rapport with guests and provide outstanding guest relations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage reservations accurately.
