Job Description:
Nyman Associates, providing exceptional therapy services since 1978, is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a hospital-based, inpatient OT role. This is a per diem position, and candidates must have prior medical experience.
Job Details:

Provide evaluation and treatment in the hospital settings.

Consult with medical, and allied health personnel

Independently evaluate patients with known using both non-standardized and standardized evaluation tools

Develop an individual therapy plan for each assigned patient, which includes goals of treatment

Instruct family members and caregivers on in-home therapy programs

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.

Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or eligibility for certification.

State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an occupational therapist.
