Daycare Teacher – Early Childhood Education
Location: The Learning Experience – Meridian, ID
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
The Learning Experience – Meridian is hiring a caring and dependable Daycare Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. If you enjoy working with young children and want to be part of a positive, supportive school environment, we'd love to meet you.
Our teachers help children learn through play, exploration, structured routines, and meaningful interactions while creating a classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.
What You'll Do
Provide attentive care and supervision for young children

Lead fun, age-appropriate learning and play activities

Support children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, toileting, and transitions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

Build positive relationships with children and families

Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership

Follow Idaho childcare licensing and health and safety requirements

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required

Previous daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred

CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus

Caring, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team

Must meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements
