- Serve as the lead field carpenter and day-to-day site leader on luxury residential construction projects.
- Supervise carpenters, laborers, and trade partners while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and assist in developing and maintaining project schedules alongside the Construction Manager.
- Perform material takeoffs and manage procurement, deliveries, inventory, and jobsite logistics.
- Review and redline shop drawings, verify field measurements, and oversee layout activities.
- Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, security, and OSHA-compliant safety practices.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters while promoting company best practices and craftsmanship standards.
- Document project progress, manage punch list completion, and support project closeout activities.
