NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED DRIVING INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATES
A-Z Driving School LLC, one of the best driving schools in the Bay Area and we are looking for driving instructors to work all over the Bay area , we are currently servicing all of Santa Clara county , & part of San Benito, Calaveras and Amador , and Alameda & San Mateo counties . Do you have a passion to teach, and love to see your students improve over time! This is an exciting time for the student. You will make a difference in their lives by helping them learn life long driving skills!
Day-to-Day Requirements:
- Driving with Students while teaching them driving skills and road rules,
- Performing examples for student (visual, auditory, drawing)
- Vehicle Maintenance such as carwashes, & scheduled oil changes, etc
- Time Management
- Must be friendly, patient and kind while teaching the students
- Must speak fluent English and have great communication skills. If you also speak Spanish, Chinese, other foreign language, that is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Must pass background check AND be fully Vaccinated
- Must have GED or High School Equivalent
- Must have a smart phone in good working condition
- Must have DMV Driving Instructor's license (will provide training if you don't have one)
- Must have Social security card
- Must have basic computer skills and home internet access
- A PLUS Experienced Driving instructors (will start at a higher pay rate)

Schedule:
- Your day can start as early as 7 am and can end as late as 9pm
- You will mostly be needed between 1pm-9pm on weekdays ( morning and early afternoons occasionally available as well) but weekends you are working.
- 20-30+ hours per week, possibly more depending on demand
- Afternoons and Weekends are required

Job Type: Part Time / Full-time ( have opportunity to get extra hours.)
Salary:
Starting pay $21.50 per hour, plus minimum wage per hour for travel time (time paid in between lessons), and cell phone allotment. Pay rate goes up, if you have at least 2 years of previous experience as driving instructor it starts at 22.50(have to show proof - such as paystubs)
