We are seeking motivated Managers to join our team and oversee the daily operations. We have General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Lead positions open.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, including kitchen, and front-of-house staff.
- Set clear expectations and provide guidance to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Train and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth operations during opening and closing hours, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and optimize food and labor costs to achieve profitability targets.
3. Customer Service:
- Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service to guests at all times.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
