Lead and motivate the production team, setting challenging goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Develop production plans and schedules in alignment with customer demands, optimizing resource utilization.

Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

Establish and enforce stringent quality control standards and procedures, ensuring all products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track key production indicators and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed, conducting regular safety audits and promoting a culture of safety awareness.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
