Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality educational content aligned with Montessori philosophies, including lesson plans, activities, videos, and digital resources.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia elements using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and photography skills to enhance learning materials.
- Manage website content using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring accurate updates and seamless user experience.
- Write clear, engaging copy for blogs, social media posts, white papers, and marketing campaigns that communicate the value of Montessori education.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams, educators, designers, and videographers to produce cohesive content strategies.
- Analyze web analytics reports using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools to assess content performance and inform future strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator), and photography/videography for creating compelling visual content.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and content management systems for website management and updates.
- Experience in content writing, editing, storytelling, copywriting, and content marketing strategy development.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research tools, web analytics reporting (Google Analytics), and marketing online analytics.
- Ability to produce engaging video editing and social media marketing content tailored for various platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and e-commerce platforms.
- Skills in graphic design, photography, videography, and basic HTML/CSS coding to create diverse multimedia assets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments or educational content creation is a plus but not required.
