Part-time hourly tutor to provide literacy and/or mathematics instruction and assessment to individual and small groups of students. The tutor will collaborate with the school’s academic specialists, instructional coaches, classrooms teachers, and administrators in order to ensure student success
- Provide instruction to groups of students or individual students in pull-out and/or push-in model to provide targeted instruction;

Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, maintain applicable instructional data, and regularly communicate with the classroom teacher and/or building leaders;

Participate in parent events and meetings as necessary; and

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Demonstrates effective collaboration, communication, and organization skills. Certified Teacher required (elementary license for Grades 1-6, or middle school license). Prior teaching experience preferred.
Reports to: Building Principal, Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, Title I Director (if applicable), and/or any of their designee(s).
This is an up to one school year position, which is contingent upon Grant and/or District funding
