```Duties```
- Perform blood sampling and venipuncture on patients
- Collect and label specimens for clinical laboratory testing
- Follow proper procedures for specimen handling and processing
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure their comfort during the phlebotomy process
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition as needed

- Proficient in venipuncture and blood sampling techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical laboratory procedures
- Familiarity with physiology and anatomy related to phlebotomy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen labeling and documentation
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and laboratory staff
- Skilled in using aseptic technique to prevent contamination during blood collection
- Capable of handling stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
